With a PhD in Governance and Board Effectiveness and over two decades of experience across Africa, Europe, Asia, and Australia, Dr. Rafahël is known for transforming governance from a bureaucratic tool into a catalyst for trust, collaboration, and systemic change.

As the creator of the Alignment/Presence Nexus and Governance in Motion models, his work quantifies how countries and institutions can align for greater SDG impact, bridging policy, purpose, and partnership.
