Mayer's impressive background includes serving as Vice President and Head of Central Asia Division at Implica Global Corporation, as well as leadership roles such as CFO & Co-founder of Biolibrary in Italy, Chairperson of Southern Europe for a non-profit organization  World Spirit of the Game Foundation.

What's more, Mayer has made significant contributions to the non-profit sector, particularly with Enactus in Kyrgyzstan, where he successfully executed seven social innovation projects aligned with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
